700 merchandisers service a large multiple retailer once
a week
Merchandisers have a set arrival time of 9:30am Monday
A further 450 of these merchandisers make a second call
on a Friday
Merchandisers complete their shop-floor role and then
answer a “Touchtone” Telephone Survey through Tern Rand ’s IVR system.
A summary of the results are provided to the client
within 24 hrs of the call. The client can also access the results in
“real-time” over the internet.
